Renowned as “Mishti mey”, the diva of silver screen Kobori drew her last breath at 12:20am Saturday in Sheikh Russel Gastro Liver Institute and Hospital, Dhaka. She tested positive for Covid-19 recently.The namaz-e-janaza and burial of the noted actress were held on a limited scale by following health guidelines amid coronavirus situation in the country.
Tributes and condolences poured in from people of all walks of life. Before burial, the actress was given the state guard of honor in front of the graveyard in Dhaka.
