STEM CLUB Bangladesh is welcoming everyone to experience a “Four days extravaganza” celebrating the drastic change of STEM education in the field of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in Bangladesh. STEM CLUB Bangladesh is focusing on education equality and equity where no students should fall behind due to geolocation setbacks and school facilities lacking in quest of preparing for the fourth industrial revolution and upcoming challenges and changes. This time they are aiming to expand Arduino, IoT, and Scratch programming learning through competition.
The campaign is arranged to stimulate the participants to step out of their traditional studies, be updated with STEM, and create awareness towards “Digital Bangladesh: VISION 2021”. This campaign is powered by ANTT Robotics and supported by Innovation Design and Entrepreneurship Academy (idea), ICT Division, and Korea Productivity Center (KPC). STEM CLUB Bangladesh also has Bangladesh Robotics Foundation as an Org. Partner, The Business Standard as a Media Partner, Innokids, My e-Kids, Moonsez Art Academy as an Edu-tech Partner, Rangpur Startup as an Ecosystem Partner, and Tesseract Technologies as a Technical Partner in this Boot camp.
Program Structure: One person can attend Arduino and Scratch Programming or Arduino and IoT at a time. Participant Category: School (Grade 6-10) and College (Grade 11-12). There will be three themes to compete on which are for school & college students. They will first provide them boot camp, where they will learn about how to solve code in particular themes. Here, they will also get one-on-one mentoring sessions as well. Those Boot Camp & Mentoring sessions will be held on 10 September & 17 September 2021. Again, there will be a Pitch Presentation workshop for the participants on 18 September 2021. The most exciting part of this event is the Competition. They will open the challenge after every Boot Camp & Mentoring session. Students will get limited time to solve those problems. Then they have to submit their work through their procedure on the same day. Again, a Pitch Presentation Competition will be held at the Winner Announcement Ceremony. On the final day, they will announce the winner’s name through the guests in the closing ceremony.

With the motto of “Exploring STEM through Coding”, the Bootcamps are developed to provide young people with a coding experience using the activities and STEM simulation as a platform towards discovering their own personal qualities, characteristics, and attitudes. This STEM celebration is dedicated to guiding enthusiasts to learn Scratch Programming, Arduino, and IOT with STEM. On the first day, 10 September 2020, everyone will learn Basic Arduino with Tinkercad. This boot camp will be moderated by Jahidul Islam Rahat. He is a Research and Development Engineer at ANTT Robotics.
