Model United Nations, also known as Model UN or MUN, is an educational simulation in which students can learn about diplomacy, international relations, and the United Nations. At an MUN conference, students work as the representative of a country, organization, or person, and must solve a problem with other delegates. MUN teaches participants skills like research, public speaking, debating, negotiation, diplomacy, and writing skills, in addition to critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership.
Notredame, one of the renowned colleges in Bangladesh is going to organize ‘Notre Dame College Model United Nations 2022’. Since the very first edition of ‘NDCMUN2017’, it has been recognized as one of the best conferences in the MUN circuit across the country. Hundreds of selected delegates all over the country partake in different committees of ‘NDCMUN’ including UNSC, UNDP, UNHRC, IP, DISEC, etc. each year with a view to enriching the knowledge related to international affairs.
