Gao Geram, a basic choir of girls, sings in the anti-suicide film ‘Jibon Pakhi’. Their song ‘Ghughur Bachcha’ is being used in the movie. Akash Mahmood has recently re-arranged the song. The song titled ‘Ghughur Bachcha’ is a popular song of Gao Geram group. At present, there are a total of 10 female members in this group which started as the first girls’ basic folk song group in Bangladesh. However, five female artists participated in a song together. The five-member team will therefore be seen in ‘Jibon Pakhi’. The team will take part in the filming in the middle of this month.
Regarding Gao Geram’s participation in the film and the utilize of the song, producer Asad Sarkar said, “Gao Geram Dal is very encouraging and exemplary in the context of Bangladesh, especially for women. I think it needs to be spread. Other than that, the song “Ghughur Bachcha” goes perfectly with the movie. That’s why we had to select it.
