“Cinemaking International Film” Festival has been organized in Bangladesh for the second time this year. This time 121 countries have participated in the “Cinemaking International Film Festival”. 600 films from these countries were nominated in the official selection. 111 awards were given in different categories from 600 films.
The youthful producer Simanta Sajal won the Special Mention Award for his feature film ‘Barnamalar Michil’ on language and liberation war. The playwright Simanta Sajal has already been acclaimed for producing special dramas for special days.
In addition to TV dramas, this is the first time that Sajal has submitted his film at the “International Film Festival 2021” and won the award.
In this context, Simanta Sajal said that “I am very pleased about this. This award will encourage me to do improved quality work. I desire to make improved films in the future”.
